Exchange of data between VCD and VICC while reading/writing multiple blocks

Hi,

I am trying to calculate the time take by TRF796x reader to read multiple blocks from Tag using ISO15693 high data rate modulation.

If i send command 23 (read multiple block) to read 64 blocks. I shall be sendind 6 byte + 8 byte of UID + EOF and SOF. After delay of ~ 0.32 ms, VICC shall respond with 4 bytes + one block (assume 4 bytes) of data total 8 bytes. 

My question is whether reader has resend the command 23 64 times to read the data from tag? Whether tag send all 64 bytes together and only extra 4 bytes for block security and CRC? IF tag send only one block in one sequence then whether reader send any command while receiving the blocks back to Tag? If reader is sending and acknowledge back whether there is delay of ~0.32 ms everytime before and after reader send data/command.? 

Could any one send me details calculation sheet for this to identify the time taken to read multiple blocks using command 23.

Whether block size is constant in every tag or how reader will come to know about the block size in Tag?
