Hello. I have a question regarding CC2564 (or devices from CC256x series).

On the product page http://www.ti.com/product/cc2564 I saw a mention of one of the product package types being 54DSBGA .

Also I found CC2564 on mouser with the package 54DSBGA so I'm assuming the device is active.

But for some odd reason there is no mention of this package type in the datasheet http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cc2564.pdf .

I'm hoping someone to point me to pdfs with pinout and PCB footprints for this package. Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for pointing that out. There was a mistake in the product pages. The only package that is available is the VQFN as described in the "Sample and Buy" section.

Hi, It seems that DSBGA-54 version of the cc2564 exists.

Where can I find pinout and other information? Is it NDA protected?

Hi Miguel,

I am interested in a source for the 54-dsbga part too.

I know that the Panasonic PAN13xx series of modules include this part. I have an application where my stack height limitation is below that of the PAN13xx module hence I would like to use the discrete parts within it.

Please let me know what we have to do to get information about this part. After all I can buy if from any number of sources, all I need in the pinout.

The part number is CC2564BYFVT.

You can order from Mouser/DigiKey, et al.

I haven't been able to find the datasheet for the 54DSBGA

The parts are incredibly small 2mm by 2mm. - microscopic die size bga

I am looking for the mechanicals and connections
