The output of bq51013A is not clean and is below 5V ?

Hi

I'm using  the bq500210  Wireles Power Transmitter Manager EVM with the IC bq51013A as a receiver .

When I test the bq500210EVM with the BQ51013AEVM-764 Evaluation module I get ,as the output, a clean and not disturbed 5 V. But when I changed the bq51013AEVM with the bq51013A on my own circuit , the output signal is very disturbed... Altough that I maked the same values of capacitors and resistors used in the EVM.

Which can be the cause of that ?
