I have a problem with the MSP430 USB-debug-interface MSP-FET430UIF with the board cc1120 Development kit.

When i try to program the board in smartRF flash programmer the status line for the debugger says 'IN USE' and it comes with a ' enumeration failed' ' internal error'.

I have before managed to get it to program the board but now it will not work.

On the picture you can see the error and that my computer can see the debugger.

Hope someone knows how to come around this error

Be sure that the debugger is not used by any other program e.g. IAR. before you open the Flash Programmer.

You should also connect the debugger to the TrxEB before you connect the USB cable to the debugger and then power up the EB.

Thanks for the quick reply

I have tried that without any luck. Still the same error.

Nothing is using the debugger, And i have tried on another computer and the same problem is also there.

That sounds strange. This is usually the case where you do not have a connection to the MCU.

Check that the TrxEB is properly powered and it is the MSP that runs on the EB by ensuring that the S2 switch is set to Disable or S1 set to UART, either works.
