What are the environmental specs for ESD handling?
We plan to use the parts on PCBs, which are touched by customers (no easy way to avoid).

I'm sure, you guys do have a bunch of specification on the I/O's maximum stress...

    The ESD performance is stated in table 1.1 in the DataSheet.

    Why will the product be without any casing exposing the PCB?

    TER,

    it's used in a junction box in house installation. People need to open this box and apply cables - we don't want to coat.

    - An ESD diode should probably added to the antenna since this is the most exposed.

    - The PCB should probably have some extra ESD protection close to where the cables could be changed

    - An idea is to put a shield over the radio to avoid people touching it.
