Controller Selection for UHF RFID Reader development

Dear all,

I have to design and develop UHF RFID Reader with the following specifications...

1. Support for full 860 to 960 MHz UHF RFID carrier frequency range to
accommodate worldwide regulations
2. Multiprotocol support including EPCglobal Gen 2 (ISO 18000-6C) with DRM,
ISO 18000-6B (optional) and IP-X (optional)
3. Up to Four 50 Ohm connectors supporting four monostatic antennas with
option for connecting 1, 2 and 4 Antenna to cater various applications
4. Asynchronous data interface supporting speeds up to 921.6 kbps
5. RS232 / RS422/RS 485, WiFi LAN and Ethernet LAN Support
6. USB 2.0 full speed device port (up to 12 Mbps)
7. Operating temperature range of -40 C to +60 C
8. Rugged to operate in Industrial and dusty environments (Waterproof and
Weatherproof )
9. Separate read and write levels, command-adjustable from 5 dBm to 31.5
dBm (1.4W) with +/0.5 dBm accuracy above +15 dBm
10.Tag read rate of up to 750 tags/second using high-performance settings
11.Maximum tag read distance of over 30 feet (9 m) with 6 dBi antenna
12.4 GPIO lines / Relay controlled through data interface ex boom barriers,
Status / Alarm Indications

Please help me to select one suitable TI controller for this application.. and also refer any design documents

Thanks and Regards
