Network Bandwidth Utilization

Do you know of any tools or easy methods for determining the network utilization (i.e. how much network traffic is passing through a node at any time) of a mesh network made up of CC2430s?  I want to know how much bandwidth my application is using so that I can determine if it is feasible to add additional services.
