Problem with Packet sniffer

It looks like that my packet sniffer is capturing data but they are not shown on the window. I don't understand where is a problem. Is it missing any plug in on my computer? I have installed the latest version 2.17.1.

Yes, I did. As you can see my printscreen, some packets are captured but no shown on the screen.
