C2511 antenna PCB layer and design guidance information

Hello,

I am want to use a pcb antenna in a new board at 2.4 GHz and I ma thinking of using the one that is being used in application note AN043 for C2511 module. Can anyone provide information about the PCB layer structure that was used for that board. There is a read-me file in the reference design document but I can not really understand it.

PCB DESCRIPTION:1-2 LAYER PCB 0.25 MM NOMINAL
2-3 LAYER PCB 0.50 MM NOMINAL
3-4 LAYER PCB 0.25 MM NOMINAL
THICKNESS FR4 WITH 35um Cu PER LAYER
        Dimensions in mil (0.001 inch)
                DOUBLE SIDE SOLDER MASK,
                DOUBLE SIDE SILKSCREEN,
8 MIL MIN TRACE WIDTH AND 6 MIL MIN ISOLATION
Dielectric constant for FR4 is 4.5

What is important if you want to use the same antenna is to keep the thickness of the board the same right? Is there also a desgin guide on how to modify this antenna for a different board?

Thanks
