but i'm looking for a specific IC instead of complete module.

i want to interface transceiver with microcontroller. kindly specify the IC with its circuit diagram. 

inside several are either the TRF7960ATB or the TRF7970ATB. these are just the RF sections with SPI interface to MCU.

then in the ez430 references, these are examples which show same type of thing interfacing to a small MCU.

so - you can look at TRF7960A and TRF7970A as highest family members where they support all the protocols and

TRF7961, TRF7962A support ISO15693

TRF7963 supports ISO14443A/B and FeliCa

TRF7964A supports all protocols but not CE or P2P. (it has bigger FIFO, like the TRF7970A) and has choice of input clock freq.

does the TEXAS INSTRUMENTS give sample IC to students for their project?
