regarding programming cc2530 tranceiver

actually i want to develop smart environment using cc2530 so that i can interface sensors to it and also get readings from it and transmit over distance where another unit containing cc2530 is placed so they can communicate.

so for that what should i require-Is cc2530 ,cc debugger are capable enough or anything else is required??
