I was working with my cc-debugger on my CC2541 mini development kit for a week. Suddenly my CC Debugger stopped responding, and the light (green or red) never appeared and the computer don't detect him. Firstly, I have measured the voltage of PIN9 ,when the connected to USB with power. But it is only 1.69V. Does it mean the cc-debugger is broken. What seems the problem? How can I solve the problem?

You can refer to chapter 8 in cc debugger user guide and try to rescue your CC debugger. If it still doesn't work for you, the HW might be broken.

hi,

Referring to chapter 8, I have tried to rescue the cc debugger ,but it failed. I used another cc debugger to program, but it can't find the broken one and the light is red. when I used the smartRF flash program, the application could't find any device and the line of ID Number was empty. The voltage of pin 9 is still 1.69V.

Does it mean the hardware is broken, and could I apply for maintenance?

It sounds the CCdebugger HW is broken. You can try to contact TI local representative to see if they can provide maintainance service.
