Trouble reading "32 mm Glass Encapsulated Multipage Transponders" from BlueBird BIP-6000

Hi,

I am trying to read data from "32 mm Glass Encapsulated Multipage Transponders" by Texus Instruments from BlueBird BIP-6000 reader.

I can send command 'c' to see it respond the serial number. But whenever I try to do command 'rb' or 'wb'. For example, 'rb05', i received command failed with respond '52'.

Can someone help me on how to read and write data correctly from the tag?

Hello Edwin,

The BlueBird BIP-6000 reader indicates that it supports ISO11784/785. The burst and encoding scheme for the page reads (after reading first one with UID) are not same as what is in there - you would need to work with the folks making this reader to accommodate these tags.

Hi Erick,

Thank you for your help. So you mean the reason it doesn't work yet is because the way the reader is encoded does not work with RI-TRP-DR2B without special code change in the application that runs on the Windows CE?
