Difference between CC2590RGVR and CC2590RGVT?

Hi all,

I want to use a CC2590 but there doesn't appear to be any documentation on the website or in the datasheet on what the difference is between the two variants: the RGVR and the RGVT. Both seem to be in the same QFN 4x4mm package, with the same datasheet and pinouts.

Can someone please point me to what the difference is or if there is a difference at all?

The packet has changed. The same footprint can be used and the performance is equal for both packet versions. No actions have to be taken from the user and only on version is available for ordering.

Hi TER,

Please explain further. To me, it looks like there is only one package, and one footprint. Was the change internal? Is there any documentation for this?

Both the RGVR and RGVT parts are still available from Digikey.

Sorry, we have changed packets on so many products that I though this was the case here too.

The last letter stands for how large reel you get, R is large reel and T is small.
