The spurious at D1 is located at 2444MHz which is 94 * 26MHz or an integer channel of the XTAL reference. It should not pose any issue in your system as it is 36dB lower than the carrier.

The DGUARD is pin connected to the digital guard ring on the silicon. Its main purpose is ESD and cross coupling suppression.
