SmartRF Flash Programmer and CC Debugger (and Win 10)

Hi All,

Is anyone experiencing trouble programming a CC1110 with the CC Debugger, using SmartRF Flash Programmer within Win 10? 

I've had no trouble programming a target board until I recently (and unfortunately) upgraded a laptop to Win 10.
