I have started NFC, CE Mode I'm able to identify the device(my mobile) and my mobile is also able to recognize the tag on TRF7970ATB

but I am not able to read or write to the tag from mobile. The below diagram the device is getting detected for a moment. the blue color tags just come and go for a moment. and writing a data is not giving me any log as shown in diagram. How to deal with this

have you tried smaller image? the RAM on the MSP430F5529 (which is on the LP or EXP board you are using) is only 8kB and you are showing trying to write 7062 byte image. I just tried with a little smaller image and it works as we have seen it perform before.

i m not able to send even small one letter text message. May be because device is getting recognized just for a moment and it goes off because in the image shown above the blue colored image NFC-forum comes for a moment and it disappears.

which handset are you using? I am testing it (here at my desk) with HTC 1 (M8) and Samsung S4. we have other handsets and tablets here as well.

not sure about the mi3 (this is first time i have heard of this phone) but the Nexus 4 was tested against this code base (see table 4 on page 31 here ==> www.ti.com/.../sloa208.pdf)

maybe its best we check your hardware setup - can you send a clear picture of how you have it, so we can see the jumpers, etc. please?

ok - i was thinking you were using the EXP + ATB combo, based on the subject line, but in fact you are using the LP + BP combo...so make sure you loaded the correct code inside there. (the builds for the EXP versus the LP are different)

Hi Muralidhar,

I have been looking into your issue further and discovered that the current firmware for NFCLink on the web has the IRQ pin set to position 2 of the BoosterPack rather than position 1. We are going to update the firmware shortly, but in the meantime try removing the solder blob on the IRQ SEL pad 1 and place a solder blob on pad 2 instead and see if that will solve your issue.
