Smartrf Flash Programmer not recognizing CC2640 custom board

Hello,


I am trying to coonect cc2640 custom board to smartrf flash programmer via xds100v3 on smartrf06 evaluation board. I get the following error

>Initiate access to target: XDS-06EB122022F3A.

>Create XBAL object failed: Target connect failed

>Failed to create device object.

After Forced mass erase the device is detected as CC2650 and give FAILED status.

I am using 10 pin header and checked the connections and voltage levels at the pins of the header. Everything is fine with connections and also the reset pin is connected to system reset.

Also, For cc2640 controller I have connected DCOUPL to ground via 1uF capacitor . I am using xternal LDO and connected VDDS_DCDC to ground via capacitor.

Is there a problem with the chip? or with debugger? I need help in solving this problem.
