CCS fails to recognize and attach to the second target.

This is with CCS version 6.1.1.00022 on windows7.

I am able to successfully use CCS to connect to my first smartrf06 cc2650EM eval board and flash the binaries.

Now, I tried with a different smartrf06 cc2650EM eval board and the CCS fails to recognize this board and fails to attach to the target. But if I plug the first board, all works fine.

Wondering, how to make CCS recognize the second eval board also.

Any help would be appreciated.
