hi,

i want baseband IC for 2.4GHz ISM technologies. i can design PA, LNA and antenna switch myself.

please refer to CC1120 - High Performance RF Transceiver for Narrowband Systems for example. i want something like this but the frequency is 2.4GHz which supports ISM band technologies.

thanks for good suggestion. CC2500 looks obsolete at places. is that means TI plan to EOL this part?

Im trying to search for baseband IC to design WiFi and Bluetooth transceivers. so i dont even need PA and LNA in the IC. all i need is mixer and ADC, demodulator/modulator up to interface to MCU.

Hi,

It seems we obsolete the old packages. The new package is available and I don't see any note about EOL.
Usually we put a note "Not Recommended for New Designs" but I don't see this type of note for CC2500.
