Hi every body ..

I am trying to program CC2500 but I not understand something, what are the differences between the preamble and  the sync word ?

    Preamble is used for bit synchronization, setting up the gain in the receive chain and for setting the decision level for the bit slicer. Sync word is used for byte synchronization and as an RX qualifier (i.e. no data is put into the RX FIFO before a valid sync word is detected).
