Hi ,
I have a few questions about CC1200. Firstly is that possible to use CC1200 at 409 MHz and secondly can I switch off rump down?

No, one of the bands that CC1200 supports starts at 410 MHz, 409 MHz is not supported. On most parts 409 MHz will probably work but we can't guarantee it.

Do you mean PA ramp down?

See the register PA_CFG1.PA_RAMP_SHAPE_EN for turning on/off the PA ramping.
