New to RF4CE, CC2533 development kit

Hi,

I chose RF4CE over BLE to control the movements of my robot from a remote. I got the CC2533 development kit to start learning.

I have experience in writing C codes for atmeg microcontrollers. However i am new to the controller and the protocol itself.

I am confused with the related softwares also - Remoti, smartrf, ccs, iar - where do i begin with and what is the bare minimum necessity ?

Could you suggest a good way to begin with experimenting and reading ?

Hi,

Thank you for the information. I have seen this wiki. I am new to RF4CE and as such know nothing about it.

Like compared to any other controller where i would start with LED Blinking how do i start in communication ?

I installed the kickstart version of IAR and remoti. But when i tried to build the advanced remote example it says i exceeded the code build limit. Is there any other simple example program to start with ? Or can i do with CCS ? I have worked with CCS before for dsp's.
