I'm using the EVMTRF7960A Evaluation Board and GUI software.

We already have a working PCB with the TRF7960 chip on it, with a custom antenna.

I am talking to an NXP SL2S2002 die embedded on a Murata LXMSAPHA08-136 antenna.

I have seen that I can certainly lock one block at a time, and that is permanent, which is great.

If possible, I want to lock the entire contents of the User Memory with one command, or as few commands as possible.

Is there a way to accomplish my desired shortcut?

Hello Michael,

Neither the NFC Forum standards nor ISO15693 specifications have support for a command that locks more than one block at a time.

I don't know if a tag exists which has some sort of custom/proprietary command to lock multiple blocks, but such a customized tag would be the only way you could achieve that shortcut.

actually, the TI HF-I Plus IC does have a 'lock two blocks' custom command available. The NXP tag IC mentions only supports 'lock block' - you can see that in the data sheet for the device.
