I can read any tags that came with my EVM, nothing seems to be working, the finds tags pages shows activity, I tried switching to just one protocol at a time and kept testing, but nothing.

I went to each protocol window and tried again, nothing, what the heck am I doing wrong here?

The driver is installed and the com port found, is there an on switch I did not see?

    sorry for the delay!!!

    after connecting the EVM as you have done
    go to test tab and use the following strings

    populate string to send window with:1518, hit send or 010900030415180000 and hit send raw

    then populate string to send window with: 120F and hit send or 0109000304120F0000 and hit send raw

    anyway - this works, but i think the antenna Q needs to be raised on my side to get the resolution i think you want.

    Josh, thanks man, that works, now to the Q value. I tested a bunch of stuff and saw no changes, until I used a rare earth magnet and that changed the RSSI to 1.3.2, so real minimal. My next test will be on a real tank with 25 gals of liquid instead of a plastic bottle.
    How can I make the antenna super sensitive to water? Really effluent! Higher material content, salts, solids, lots of absorption. Also, would a low F absorb more? Check your gmail acct.
