Hello,

I am working on a project to read the resistance of the sensor by mobile phone by connecting sensor, antenna and nfc module.

Can I possibly get a bare die for the RF430FRL152H?

Hello Joohee,

If you wish for a sample I believe this can be arranged.

However, currently bare die is not commercially available in this form, and therefore cannot be used at a production level scale.
