CC2543: WoL for Bluetooth Inquiry packet

Hi Experts,

We want to realize Wake-On-Lan functionality with CC2543 or any CC devices for Bluetooth regacy inquiry packet. Due to low power consumption, it is difficult to keep the main BT module wake for all time. Instead, CC2543 is always on in RX and when a peer device sends inquiry or something in BT format, CC2543 can detect that packet as wakeup signal, then signal to the main BT module to wake up.

Do you have any idea?

    Hello Uchikoshi,

    The CC2543 is not capable of monitoring Bluetooth classic protocols. If you need power optimization, consider using BLE for wakeup signaling then switching to a BR/EDR link.
