CC8531: EN 300 328 annex document

Hello,
customer use in their project the CC8531 and C2590. They plan to perform some CE certification tests, therefor they are going to test against EN 300 328 as mentioned in the datasheet. They didn't found information available to fill in the annex documents. Can we assist them to fillout the document (see attachment).

Hi Holger,

CC85xx must be certified as non-adaptive "other type of wideband modulation".

This is because the frequency hopping scheme used by CC85xx does not fulfill the EN 300 328 requirements to adaptivity or FHSS.

Is there any documentation for certification of these applications.
So in the annex, you suggest to use:
a) Other forms of modulation
b) Non-adaptive hopping
c) Non adaptive
d) Not applicable
e) Fill in RF power and duty cycle
f) help to fill in this section. Our RF design is based (almost identical) to the headset dev kit.
