For a research project we would like to use RF430FRL152H as NFC bridge. However we are very tight in space, and we wonder if samples of RF430FRL152H in die package are available (I know that these are not commercially available).

Hi Ralph,

That is much appreciated. I have one more question. I am new to this SOC, and wonder if it is possible to program the part: I took a quick look at RF430FRL15xH Firmware User's Guide (SLAU603) document and to my understanding the part is configurable through FRAM. What I need is together with sampling ADC/sensors to add some functionality to port pins (e.g. toggling some port pins for triggering external sensors). Does the part allow user to program such custom operations?

Hello Ertan,

Yeah it is programmable with JTAG as well as with Over the Air programming. You can certainly add some GPIO capability.
