CC2640R2F: Is it possible to run code out of GPRAM if the cache is off?

It looks like you can do it by trying it out, but I can't find anything in the datasheet or manuals that explicitly says it is legitimate to run code out of GPRAM. I'm curious if this just happens to work as a fluke, or if i can update cc2640r2f flash this way.

Hello,

You can not run code from RAM or the GPRAM. Code is only store in flash and ran from the flash.

Uhhhh...yes, you can. It's the only way to write to flash. There's documentation stating that you can run from SRAM, I'm trying to make sure there's nothing funny about GPRAM.

Hello ,

You are correct, I just confirmed that it is possible to run from RAM and GPRAM also.

As long as you use our NVS Drivers I do not see how you would not be able to write/read from flash doing this method, most of the read and write functions are stored in ROM.
