TRF7960A: Vol and Voh values

Hi all,

In one of my application I'm planning to use TRF7960. In Datasheet I could not found Vol and Voh values. Can anyone help on this.

Hello Laxman,

VOL typical is 0.2 * VDD_I/O.
VOH typical is 0.8 * VDD_I/O.

May I know why it was not mentioned explicitly in datasheet.

Hello Laxman,

It hadn't been mentioned in any of our TRF79xx datasheets since inception, I wasn't with the team then and don't know if it was forgotten or consciously left off. For newer devices like TRF7970A we have added that to the datasheet when doing large DS updates but it looks like for the older devices those specs were not added. I'll mark it down if we end up doing another update though there are no plans to do so currently.

could you please provide Vol max and Voh min values. I need these values to identify a level shifter.
