I am an AFA supporting a digital opportunity at one of my customers and was hoping for some support.
I have a project that is hoping to use the RF430FRL152EVM. There is a desire to use it with some custom sensors not part of the EVAL board or SENSORHUB. I was wondering if there is some collateral we have that can help us to go about programming what I need into the FRAM of the device such that data can be collected, stored, and transmitted back via RF to some device, which at this stage is the TRF7970A.
Do we have any start to finish examples for programming a custom function to one of these chips or know how to go about doing it?
We are trying to integrate custom sensors to the RF430FRL152EVM and really need some help on how to start programming that device. From what I can see it looks like the customer has to write in C++ then use CCS to convert that code into hex to be flashed into the FRAM. I have been looking for examples that start with a simple "here is how to define an interrupt" or "set a sample rate in C++" then go through the steps on how to get that on the chip. Most of the examples (that are partially explained as they are just forum posts) start after the code is written and someone is having trouble flashing it.
any guidance/users guides/or app note I can point my customer to?
