i have installed FLASH-PROGRAMMER-2:

SmartRF Flash Programmer v2 and connected cc2650 but the device is not being recognized by the application. Could you please provide the resolution for this. please!

Yes, I am using LAUNCHXL-CC2650.

My laptop settings shows that the drivers are not available.

Could you please help me out.

Can you open Device Manager and verify two COM ports for the XDS110 are showing up?

yes there are two devices listed with same name as XDS110. But smartrf flash programmer is not recognizing the device and connect is not working. I mean the arrow button is not turning green. could you please provide your suggestions.?
