ESD protection for Low Power RF front end

Anyone struggling with ESD damage to low power RF frontend when using external antenna?

 

I found this device solves the problem. Place it across the antenna terminal on the PCB.

 

The part is a 0.2pF diode from Infineon. ESD0p2RF.
