TRF7960: 6.6 Reader communication interface

Dear TI engineer,

I was reading the technical document of TRF7960 Section 6.6 and had a little confuse about MOSI and MISO(please see the attached picture circuited by red). I can understand MOSI means data in(reader in), but why MISO means MCU out? Shouldn't MCU in at that time, could you explain it to me? Thank you.
