Hi,

The EVM card of TRF7970A cannot identify RF37S114 component, even when placed closer as possible to the antena.

It does manage to identify RI-I11-114A-S1 tag which is also defined as ISO/IEC 15693 compliant.

Should I change the internal registers values in order for it to identify RF37S114 component?

Hello Yinon,

you do not need to change any register settings. Normally the size of the reader antenna is the problem.
But I just checked with the TRF7970A EVM as well as with the DLP TRF7970ABP board and was able to read the tag at a close distance.

we haven't managed to read RF37S114 memory with the TRF7970A EVM at all, even at close distance.

Maybe my initializing SW is inncorect.

Where can I find the original SW of this EVM board, for IAR environment?

This code is not specific for IAR but for CCS which is available free of charge.
