CC2500: Broken antenna

Good morning everybody,

I'm using CC2500 in my system but unfortunately during manufacturing process the antenna broke.

Is there any possibilty that the chip will be damaged? The CC2500 is programmed in RX mode at 10k bauds and receives a packet of 32 bytes every 0.2 seconds for an interval of time of 30 minutes.

    No, it's very unlikely that the chip will be damaged by a broken antenna. I assume that you have a DC block between the antenna and the chip and this will protect the chip in case of a short in the antenna.
