Hello,

I am trying to connect to the TI CC2650 LaunchPad device via JTAG and can no longer communicate with the target. It was working fine before and I was able to program and erase the flash memory, but now it seems that the unit is bricked and will not allow me to communicate. I have tried supplying power through the USB cable as well as through my custom programmer. Any ideas for me to try to recover this device? Thanks.

Can Flash Programmer 2 recognize your LAUNCHXL-CC2650? Do you try to use Flash Programmer 2 to do mass erase to solve this issue?

Hello,

Yes this fixed the issues and I am able to enter into debug mode again. Thank you! Just curious, is there a region of flash that may have accidentally gotten programmed that would cause this to happen again?

As I know, this happens sometimes when failure in downloading FW into chip or you write custom CCFG settings.
