TRF7970A: spec question

Hi Sir,

On TRF7970 spec, there is 5.3 recommended Operating Conditions on page10 of the spec, it list down the VIL/VIH spec and include the IRQ pin on it.

I think the IRQ is a output signal, it should be put on VOH/VOL table, is this a typo?

Also, May i learn form you if there is any pull up or pull down resistor on the IRQ pin?

yes, you are right, the IRQ signal spec is a typo in this case. It is of course an output pin.

The IRQ pin does not require an external pull up or pull down resistor.

Hello Patrick,

I did not found an exact specification for the output circuit of the IRQ pin, but most likely it has a push/pull output stage and no internal pull up/pull down.
