RF430FRL152H: Connecting external sensor circuit to ADC

Part Number: RF430FRL152H

Dear all,

I am using RF430FRL152H to build a wireless strain sensor system. I will use a Wheatstone bridge plus an instrumentation amplifier as the analog front end, as shown in the attached figure-1. I am a little confused about how I should connect my sensor circuit with the NCF chip. Here are some of my puzzles:

1. Should I replace the GND of my sensor circuit (both bridge circuit and amplifier) by SVSS? Why?

2. Should I also use series resistors before ADC? Why?

3. Is there any difference between the three ADCs?

4. On the EVM and the temperature patch demo, why the isn't the thermistor connected to Vdd, but directly to ADC? And why isn't it connected in a bridge circuit? What are the 1k, 100k resistors before ADC for in the temperature patch?

Could you help me label where and how I should connect the circuit in the figures attached?

Thank you so much in advance?

Le
