WL1835MODCOM8B: Drivers for a ThreadX application

Hello,

I am interested in integrating WiFi connectivity to my application which is run with ThreadX as OS.

I run the application over a custom board that has WL1835MODCOM8B and Zynq-7000 SoC (A9 CPU).

I read in http://www.ti.com/tool/WILINK8-WIFI-MCP8 that the software driver for the part is provided by a 3rd-party (Clarinox).

Is it the only way to integrate the part with the app?
