Hello, we are evaluating the RF430CL330H and other NFC solutions for low-power local data transfer, to upload and download data files in the 250-300KByte range to a sealed embedded device. Are there any reference designs for this, using NDEF memory as a packet layer for large file transport?

Hello James,

You would need to use the RF430CL331H for that. We have a design that handles up to ~50kB of transfer using NDEF, and you can use that for larger as well: http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00524

That said, keep in mind that will take a lot of time to finish the transfer. Very likely over a minute at that amount of data.
