CC2652RB: Information required on hardware debugger used for this product

I am using CC2652RB controller in my design.

for software development, we used cc2652RB launchpad which has inbuilt debugger in it. But once my proto hardware comes, it will not include any debugger in it.

I have found on the TI site that XDS200 debug probe. and also CC debugger.

I have cJTAG support on my custom hardware design. What is the debugger required in this use case? Can both be use through Code composer studio?

Which debugger you want to use is a bit dependent on your requirements.

- You can still use the debugger on the CC2652RB LP to debug your custom board

- You can use a standalone XDS110: http://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSEMU110-U

- You can use a standalone XDS200: http://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSEMU200-U

CCDebugger does not support this device.

thanks for the update.

So CC Debugger cannot be used on CC2652RB?

Can you also please let us know, how to use debugger on the CC2652RB LP to debug your custom board? Because the debugger is embedded into device on launchpad.

Suppose, I have a custom board with cJATG pins available for flashing and debugging. How can I use the debugger on the Launchpad for debugging purpose?

So CC Debugger cannot be used on CC2652RB?: Correct

If you look at the schematic, the debugger is possible to disconnect from the rest of the board and connect the debug connection to your board from XDS110
