RF430FRL152H: RF430FRL15XH GUI Interface could not read from the device

I am a newer with NFC, now I use the RF430FRL152 reads temperature as a tag.

The schematic is shown as below

I used TRF7970ABP + MSP430G2553 board  and RF430FRL15XH GUI Interface to test the tag:

1.Connect the board

2.Start the demo to getting the temperature and it worked

3.I clicked the Read All (an alert dialog appeared  and I clicked ok)

4.I start the demo again, and the err occured. And the other button clicked with the same problem. Now I can do nothing with the Tag.

What happened to the Tag and how can I resolve this problem.

in addition, is there a Android demo for reading the temperature
