WL18xx can be connected with freescale.

Where can I get the software package which works on it?

There isn't a specific SW package here, it is our standard LInux package. The key here is the need for the SDIO interface, and the use of the SDMMC adapter to plug in the Wilink8 device onto the freescale board. So, anything specific for freescale is simply board specific to enable the SDIO and any GPIO to control WLAN_EN.
