RF430CL330H: Power consumption and efficiency

One of my customer is evaluating this device for wireless keyboard. They have a few questions, can you please help answer:

  • How efficient is this against Bluetooth devices presently – power and responsiveness perspective.
  • What is the power consumption during active use case?

    Hello Nitish,

    if a keyboard is the customer application then the customer has to consider that the RF430C330H is a ISO14443B transponder that can not initiate a communication by itself. The device has to be permanently polled by a NFC reader to check for new data.

    Please check if this is the use-case or if the device is only used to support the Bluetooth pairing process.
