Hi,
I have RF04 evaluation board and by mistake I connected "SoC debug/flash" from another board with "USB MCU debug" on my RF04. Now the board is death :-/
No voltage between 3.3V pins and GND. No led light..
Is any way to repair it please?

It can be fixed. Step one is to find the problem. Look at CC1110DK CC2430DK CC2510DK Development Kit User Manual (

It has the schematic for the RF04. Follow the schematic with your volt meter from the power connector to where the voltge is zero. It may be a diode or the 3.3V voltage regulator. Decribe what you find by its location on the schematic.
Is the 1.8V ok?
You can also look at the SoC debug/flash and USB MCU debug connectors on the schematic and figure out what happens when these two are connected..
When i tried find the voltage with led, from USB connector to the USB MCU, the voltage were ok, but the diode D1 bellow USB connector get warmed. In first time, when I connected GND with VDD on USB connector, the display turned on. Now, when I connect the USB connector to RF04 and turn it on, the diode D1 get warm. Is wrong only D1 diode? Can I detect it please?It possible destroy D1 diode by wrong connect USB MCU debug? I think, befor I tested voltage, diode D1 was ok, maybe wrong is on another parts too.
In the worst case, can I anywhere buy new RF04 board?

The diode is OK, it is getting warm because another part is shorted so too much current is flowing. This makes the diode warm. Do not leave the broad on for too long, only for a short time to make a measurement or check something. The shorted part taking too much current can break other things and make matters worst.
