We have a use case that requires transferring data at around 3-4mbps, and note that according to the CC2640R2F datasheet this IC supports 5mbps proprietary RF which should be suitable for our needs. However, I cannot find anything about using this mode in any sample code or public API's. How can we utilize this mode and are there any examples available?

The thread you're pointing to ends with the following:

"For CC2640 device, radio patches are needed to program the device in 2mbps and 5mbps mode. Since this is not published, we are unable to share this without an NDA. Please reach out to the local TI FAE for further information on HS modes for CC2640."

Who can I reach out to in order to sign said NDA and kick things off with getting the required info for HS mode? Unfortunately our regular distributor is ceasing their relationship with TI at the end of this year (as seems common with many distributors) so we no longer have access to their FAE for TI related issues.

Sorry for the scant information on this topic.

The patches are already available in the ROM of the device.

Looking at what SVS is suggesting in the thread, you can just pull the rfPacketTX/RX examples from the SDK and replace the relevant content of the smartrf_settings.c/h files with the high speed commands.
