Hello Renan,
the RI-TRP-WR2B is a Read/Write transponder with 80 bits memory to store a ID. This transponder has end-of-life since more then 5 years. The RI-TRP-DR2B is a so called Multipage transponder with 1360 bit memory in 17 pages. The RI-DRB2B will also work with a "Charge Only Read" to read the first 80 bits of data but with a slightly different data format. The programming of the both transponders types is different.

yes, this reader is compatible with the RI-TRP-DR2B transponder.
The TI RI-STU-MRD2 or the RI-SMD-MRD2 Microreader 2 can also be used with this type of transponder. Available also as evaluation module MRD2EVM:
