Hi,

My customers use CC1310 in the 314MHz band.

Customers are using SmartRF Studio to verify the receipt of data on the CC1310. Customer's existing product uses CC1020. When they changed CC1020 to CC1310, the communicable distance became shorter, so they would like to improve this.

SmartRF Studio settings set the frequency to 314MHz and Deviation to 2kHz. In SmartRF Studio, we get a warning when I set it to 314MHz.

Could you have any advice regarding the reception settings of CC1310?
Due to customer circumstances, the specifications on the sending side cannot be changed.

Hi,

For the CC1310, use the 2.5 kbps or 5 kbps LRM PHY to test between the LPs for the initial range estimation.

2.8 kbps is quite narrow band so the CC1312 could be a better fit than CC1310 since the Rx bandwidth will be smaller.

For CC1310, the Rx bandwidth would be 49 kHz and for CC1312, the Rx bandwidth would be 8.5 kHz.
